The GRC Supper Club is a global peer group connecting senior risk professionals, with like minded peers, subject matter experts and technologists.
Our mission is to drive GRC thought leadership, while breaking down silos and building trusted relationships. Club events are specifically structured in a relaxed, fun format to provide GRC insight and are not setup as sales presentations. The network is governed by Chatham House rule, allowing for open sharing of experiences, passionate beliefs and informative Q&A sessions. There have been 18 events over the last 6 years, mainly in London but we have recently added virtual sessions, started a Scottish Chapter and held a taster event in Amsterdam. |

As Above, So(x-lite) Below: RegPain, is the remedy combined assurance & self-demonstration?This was our 19th gathering of the GRC Supper Club, albeit the 4th virtual one. We focused on how embracing sox-lite, combined assurance & self-demonstration will drive proactive operational risk management, while also alleviating your regulatory pain.
We had 3 esteemed speakers, who talked from their own perspective not their employers, followed by a panel session that brought it all together: Speakers: Suzanne Calcagno (HSBC), Sonja Jackman (BNY Mellon) & Bukola Adisa (Career Masterclass & former Barclays) Panel guests: Dhrupal Shah (Capco), Paul Thomas (Leading Assurance Expert), Ian Max Ewart (Acin) |
The Risk Journey Chronicles, Episode 1: Pioneer Lana

For too long GRC, as a discipline, and the people that work within this industry have been undervalued. Like a Phoenix from the covid flames let's take flight as one, experience new adventures and forge new inclusive paths (for all). |
